Frequently Asked Questions

We offer Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massage.

Our standard massage session is 60 minutes, but we also offer 90-minute and 120-minute sessions.

You may undress to your comfort level, but our therapists are trained to drape you with a sheet or towel to maintain your privacy.

• You can choose by your comfort whether to bring/wear a bathing suit or not. 
• You’ll shower in the room both before and after your session. 
• Towels are provided.
• You can choose to meditate in silence or listen to music.

• Do not shave or wax the day of your float as the mineral solution can irritate your skin.
• Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol the day of your float. 
• It is important to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after a session.
• Eat only a light meal 60-90 minutes before your session.

It's possible to have the lid open, or to have a light on in the pod if you want to, so that you can float your way, although you will probably find it more relaxing to have the lid closed and the light off.
